This is an agreement between ZINANDI Specialized Security Services and,

Hereinafter referred to as CLIENT. The parties agree that ZINANDI Specialized Security Services shall provide the CLIENT with the investigative services which may result in: written reports, recorded statements, documents, photographic, video and related materials, as set forth by the terms and conditions below:
CLIENT agrees to pay ZINANDI Specialized Security Services an hourly rate of R______ or ZINANDI Specialized Security Services will be limited to fixed amount of R_____ plus necessary and reasonable expenses. Expenses may include, but are not limited to; mileage, travel, parking, rental vehicles, and database research fees. Any unusual projected expense will be outlined in the “other” section at the end of the document. CLIENT further agrees to a retainer of R_____ before the investigation services begins.
ZINANDI Specialized Security Services will refund any of CLIENT’s funds that are unused at the conclusion of investigation effort. ZINANDI Specialized Security Services is due to final payment from CLIENT upon receipt of an invoice of the verbal transmission of final investigative findings. If the full amount is not remitted within 15 days , a finance charge of 14,5% per month will be assessed on all balances due. This agreement shall commence on the most resent date of the signing by both parties. It will continue until reasonable investigative effort has been reached or terminated by either party for convenience. Either party must provide a 5-day advance written notice for convenience termination. This agreement will also remain active until all final payments are made to ZINANDI Specialized Security Services assures CLIENT that the services will be performed with the degree of skill and care that is required and in conformance of accepted professional standards and practice in the private investigation industry. ZINANDI Specialized Security Services further acknowledges that in performing the service it will comply with all applicable Local, provincial and National laws, regulations and rules including without limitation, those pertaining to the protection of sensitive information and attorney client privilege.
Expect as specifically provided above, ZINANDI Specialized Security Services disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. All investigative reports, information, tapes, or documents, provided to CLIENT are to be considered exclusive in nature. CLIENT agrees to restrict the diss emination of said findings to only third parties with a legitimate need to know or those authorized by law.
CLIENT will hold ZINANDI Specialized Security Services harmless from damages, losses, cost and expenses, i ncluding any attorney or legal fees, suffered/incurred in connection with or arising our of claims based on investigative results provided to CLIENT, and for which CLIENT fails to keep strictly confidential.
ZINANDI Specialized Security Services will retain all investigative information in a secure manner and not disseminate or release any material to third parties unless authorized by CLIENT or legal court order. CLIENT agrees to provide immediate written or verbal notice of any legal or civil proceedings , in which the investigative findings of ZINANDI Specialized Security Services or any portion thereof, are to be of material issue. ZINANDI Specialized Security Services is an independent contractor and shall not be deemed an employee, agent or partner in any manner, of CLIENT. Neither party shall have the authority to make any binding representative or agreement on behalf of the other. This instrument contains the entire contract between both parties. Any other expressions of agreement, which is not outlined in this device, are null and void. Any amendment of modification of this agreement shall be in writing, duly executed by both parties, and appended to this document.
